About Me 1

Before becoming a Top-Producing realtor. Before speaking internationally at Top Real Estate Companies and Government organizations. Before understanding how short life really is… there was a girl who took life for granted, had high aspirations with no plan and just worked hard to make a living and pay bills.

She always aspired to do better.

She moved to Europe after University, by herself, to try something new. A new country. A different language. New opportunities. She ended up staying 18 years, getting married and having two beautiful boys.

While working three jobs and trying to be the “perfect” mother, wife, teacher and friend, life suddenly came to a crashing halt. She has suffered a major heart attack and had triple bypass surgery at the age of 33.

There was no Plan B for me

After my heart surgery and minor stroke, we decided as a family, to move back to Canada. I was lost. I had been gone 18 years. I had a husband and two little boys in tow. No jobs. Little money.

What now?

I had been a teacher, Business Communications Professor and entrepreneur for over 18 years, so I decided to continue on this path, back home in Canada. This path lasted one and a half years until one afternoon on my long drive home, stuck in traffic, I thought, “Is this all there is?” “Is this what I’m going to do for the rest of my life?” I felt in my heart it was time for a change.

It was time to become fearless, move out of my comfort zone and try something new, once again. After all, I was on my “second life”.

I took a “leap of faith” and spent my last savings and got my Real estate licence. I felt excited and scared. I had been out of the country for 18 years. I thought, “I don’t know anyone”, “What if I don’t sell any houses?”

But, I had no choice. I had to make it work.

There was no Plan B for me.

At the end of my first year in real estate, having moved to a new city where I didn’t know anyone and had no connections or prior relationships, and in a brand new career, I became “Rookie of the Year” and made my first 6-figure income.

A new career wasn’t easy.

Real estate wasn’t easy.

Going from a highly respected University Professor to becoming a stereotypical real estate “salesperson” was an eye-opening experience. I had never thought of myself as a “salesy” Salesperson. I saw myself as trying to help people move onto a new chapter in their lives.

This career shift was more of a mindset shift, in the end.

I learned very quickly I had to figure out how to make this new “gig” work, in MY OWN UNIQUE WAY. I reverted to what I knew best, communication strategies, creating systems, building relationships, but more importantly remaining disciplined and consistent on a daily basis.

And, my business began to grow.

But, I had to get better at my craft and I had a burning question that I needed to find the answer to: “How can I be everywhere? How can I get people to know who I am? How can I get people to know that I’m different than the stereotypical ‘salesperson’?” My education background kicked in and I began to research, study, attend conferences, webinars, read books, network with those I looked up to and I also got a Mentor.

And then it happened...

I discovered my fascination with Social Media and Marketing.

I decided to move out of my comfort zone one more time and I started incorporating Video in to my business. I began to double down and learned and experimented. I was laser focused. The results were unbelievable:

I was no longer asking for business. Instead, I was ATTRACTING business.

And, while the transformation of my business was occurring, the most amazing thing happened…

I was given the honour of speaking to a group of  multi-million dollar business leaders in Los Angeles about the transformation of my business in such a short period of time. And, this incredible fire was ignited within me…

The teacher, guide and mentor was back, but a new and improved version.

Since that first speaking engagement in Los Angeles many years ago, I’ve had the honour of speaking nationally and internationally, helping thousands of entrepreneurs, realtors and business owners like you, side-step years of trial and error to build trusted and engaging Brands that reflect the values their businesses represent and take their businesses to a whole new level of success.


Consistently. Strategically. Fearlessly.

Over the years I've learned that what makes you uncomfortable is what makes you grow.

I've also learned:

  • Breaking out of your comfort mould can be a scary process, but worth it every time!
  • Becoming consistent, and taking action in your daily activities will make all the difference in the results you’re looking for.
  • Having a roadmap for your life and business to know where you’re heading is key to success and happiness.
  • The importance of a Mindset Shift.  Developing a growth mindset and believing you have the power to change your circumstances by seeking opportunities to grow and get better.

I’ve shown entrepreneurs not only WHAT strategies they will need to grow their brands, businesses and mindsets but HOW to implement them and provide value, so they can live the life they were meant to live and build the kind of business they’ve always dreamed of owning.

I am able to do this because I’ve done it.

I teach what I know and what I’ve personally done.
